    • The Center for Digital Scholarship is located on the NE corner of the 2nd floor of the Hesburgh Library. The floor plan intentionally combines a number of different functional spaces, which are intended to encourage interaction, collaboration, and support advanced inquiry.

      Room Guidelines

      • CDS rooms are reserved for library faculty and staff use. We have opened Rooms 246, 247, and 248 for group study when not in use. Consult the schedule adjacent to the door. Do not leave your items unattended - please be prepared to quickly relocate when people arrive for their scheduled sessions.

      • When making a reservation, please allow sufficient time for setup and cleanup activities.

      • Please request advance permission for event catering from cds@nd.edu.

      • Please use the cleaning wipes provided at the CDS Help Desk to address any spills or messes.

      • If rearranged, please return furniture and equipment to the appropriate configuration.

      Room Reservation Requests

      • Faculty/Staff | Monday - Friday 7:30am - 6:30pm
        • Reserve via Google Calendar

      • Students | Monday - Thursday 6:30pm - midnight, weekends
